Infrastructures

The on-going construction of infrastructures signifies the development that awaits the Aurora Pacific Economic Zone and Freeport Authority.

Below is a listing of projects for the Ecozone:

The Pantabangan-Baler highway is currently being concreted.
The new highway from La Paz to Cabanatuan, a planned extension of the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway, will facilitate the travel of commuters and shipment of goods from the zone to Manila and other parts of Central and Northern Luzon.
The rehabilitation of the Nagtipon-Madala Road, an alternate route to the zone is ongoing.
The Baler-Casiguran coastal highway construction is in full swing. This project is both funded by the local government and the Korean Economic Development Aid (KOISA).

The newly constructed Casiguran Airport now operates with world-class facilities. It has a 1.2 km runway that is currently being lengthened to 1.5 km to accommodate several aircrafts at a time. As the airport directly leads to the Ecozone, comfortable air travel becomes feasible.

The construction of a 198-meter port for the roll-on, roll-off ferry by the Philippine Ports Authority is being fast-tracked for completion.
